    Our private one-on-one sessions focus on Yogic stretching techniques designed to improve flexibility, restore mobility, and support long-term health and longevity. These sessions are perfect for adults of all fitness levels who want to move better, feel better, and stay active as they age. Using a combination of traditional yoga stretching, joint mobility work, and breath control, each session is customized to your body’s needs. Whether you feel stiff, tight, sore, or limited in movement, this training helps safely increase range of motion while reducing tension and risk of injury.     Meet Your Trainer

    Rich Johnson

    Rich has spent his life studying health, wellness, and weight management. Throughout his journey, he has experienced fluctuations in his own weight, which inspired him to seek a balanced and sustainable approach to well-being.

    After working with several personal trainers over the years, Rich discovered his true passion for mind-body health through martial arts and weight training.

    Over the past year, he has trained under Master Reck, further deepening his dedication to physical and mental wellness.

    Rich enjoys working with people of all ages and is especially passionate about supporting our Prescott seniors community. His goal is to help older adults rebuild strength, increase mobility, and feel more youthful and empowered.

    He believes wholeheartedly that movement is the key to longevity.
