January 2026 - Yoga Coherence I - Ground
Stability · Safety · Regulation
This foundational class focuses on creating a sense of safety and stability in the body. Through mindful breathwork, slow intentional movement, and grounding postures, students learn to regulate the nervous system and reconnect with physical presence. Emphasis is placed on the feet, hips, core, and spine to build confidence, balance, and inner calm.
Ideal for beginners, high-stress adults, and those seeking a gentle, supportive practice.
February 2026 - Yoga Coherence II - Flow
Rhythm · Integration · Awareness
This class weaves breath and movement into a smooth, accessible flow designed to cultivate heart–mind–body coherence. Students explore rhythmic transitions, emotional awareness, and sustained attention, allowing movement to become a tool for integration and release. The practice builds endurance while encouraging ease, presence, and fluidity.
Best for those ready to move with intention and deepen mind–body connection.
March 2026 - Yoga Coherence III - Align
Intelligence · Strength · Balance
This alignment-focused class emphasizes functional movement, postural awareness, and joint integrity. Students learn how to move efficiently and sustainably while developing strength, mobility, and energetic balance. Breath and awareness are used to release habitual tension and support long-term physical and emotional resilience.
Excellent for injury prevention, posture improvement, and mindful strength building.
April 2026 - Yoga Coherence IV — Restore
Rest · Reset · Renew
A deeply nourishing class designed to calm the nervous system and restore inner balance. Supported postures, gentle breathwork, and guided relaxation allow the body to fully rest and integrate. This practice promotes parasympathetic activation, emotional regulation, and deep heart–brain coherence.
Ideal for stress relief, burnout recovery, evening practice, or nervous system reset.

Your Teacher for this Class Series
Tara Renee has been teaching yoga since 2011, when she received her YTT 200 certification from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA).She is also certified as a Mind Body Wellness Practitioner and Reiki Master.
Her classes are NOT about bending your body into a pretzel like social media portrays. Tara's classes are more about learning how being on the mat allows space for embracing presence in every current moment, and listening to how the body, mind and heart are communicating with each other.
